After you woke up from your nap I brought you over to pp's house. kk, pp & jj were busy doing their last minute CNY deco, so I thought since they were in the garden, I made filled up your small pool. As it was so so hot out there and not being able to join the 2nd session of the birthday pool party. Over 10 minutes, pp asked you to come out. Poor thing, you havent enjoyed all. But pp being the worried one, was once again worried you might catch a cold. You cried all the way up to the bathroom.

We rested a while before getting dressed to Damansara Palace for our annual dinner. As usual, you got lots of praises. You didnt quite enjoy also, cause you had a tiring day. Anyway, in the midst of the dinner, I brought you to all the tables to cheers to them.

When there were music, you asked the whole table to clap with you....

We left and pp brought you into HER car.

The Sweetie Pie's Birthday

Your eyes were so droopy. In fact, you closed your eyes for 10 seconds before I wake you. I didnt wanna let you sleep. We are going to a birthday party dear.

As usual, we arrived first. When Renee saw us, she came over telling us it was her birthday and showing off her nice delicious cake. I gave you her present and asked you to give it to her. You held it up and walked towards her. Hehe, so sweet. The place is nice, so cute, with the little chairs and everything. I quite liked it.

The 3 of you seemed so attached to the slide.

Then one by one, they came.

u.patrick (aka Egghead), a.jenny & luke - luke was cute. just like in the pictures, he has BIG round eyes. He is not at all afraid of strangers. i got to carry him over to have a bite with you. I guessed the parents were more shy than the luke.

a.june (a.vp's cousin), mark & daughter - being the 2 eldest children, mark had control while sis sat a.june.

a.sin, u.johnny, ying2 & jayden - WOW!!! not seeing the lil boy for 1 month, i was so surprise to see him grow. Exactly like u.johnny. So tough and big...

a.aud, u.billy & lauren - a.aud complaint lauren's new hair cut. although she looked cuter in the previous hair style, but she is still adorable, pretty she is.

a.nicole, u.avvy, daren & davin & 2D pp - another handsome lil kid came, where all the mummies praise the older one only. so bad. but still, a.aud gave daren a compliment.

Everyone came. The slide suddenly was so crowded. You came over and sat with me. I opened your lunch box. There were nuggets and fries, also a little cup with stickers. I decided to only give you the food. One by one you ate the fries and nuggets.

All the kids were enjoying themselves so much. I'm glad you did too. Then I didnt wanna waste anytime (as if, it was my kid's bday, well almost, as it was my DIL's). I asked a.vp for the cake & photo session.. hehe, my favorite.

Then I seated you next to renee & reeve. But too bad, daddy didnt manage to catch a good photo. *Sigh*, just wish a.vp has nice ones on hers. Again, I gathered the Yaps for a family photo. Nice one. Then we all had our cupcakes. You were not yourself though, as I guessed you were sleepy.

We sat there chatting our mummies talk, while the guys sat outside killing their lungs. After a while, we made a move. You slept after 2 minutes in the car.

Sweet Child

You were in the office for the 2nd half of the day. You were so busy messing all our things. We left a little after 430pm. Surprisingly, kk asked us to leave. I think he knows that you were sleepy. You will not sleep in the office as there are too many things for you to play.

You slept in the car. Woke at 730pm, we left for Chow Yang's pasar malam. But it was too jammed, we went to Teo Chew Meng (SS2), was once a.vp & u.kl's favorite. We went home after that.

At 1130pm, I brought you upstairs to bed. You pointed at your milk and nodded. I quickly made you your milk. But you pointed again and again wanting something else it seemed. I couldnt understand you. Then you clapped your hands .... hahaha, and immediately I knew you wanted music. As I always put your milk stuffs on the cd-player table.

Then while reading your book on the bed, I said "baby, you clever boy ok, mummy go toilet". You took your hand and mimic brushing teeth. Hahaha, I laughed and said, "Yes dear, mummy go bruch teeth ok?" You nodded and turned back to your book....

I was msn-ing with our 1-week lost a.aud. She said she was really busy. I thought she was hibernating. Anyway, she just wanted to catch up what she has missed.

Shop & Walk

My dearest boy was waiting for me at the gate when I returned from work. Then you came to help me take the bags (plastics bag) from my hands. Cute boy. Then after leaving everything in the house, I brought you out for a walk. I mean, you brought me out for a walk. You led me all along. I think you wanted to go look for the soccer kids, but they were no where to be found.

Then we walked home and had dinner. We bathed and changed and headed to 1Utama.

You were walking everywhere. But at times, I asked k.yati to just carry you. Cause you were heading your own way. You were so busybody going into almost every shop and touching every thing you could reach. I dont blame you. Well, if I was alone, I dont mind strolling with you, but pp, kk and most frustrated daddy will make noise.

When we got to Jusco's kid's section, you rushed to the laptop.... You sat there all by yourself quietly and played. So cute. When I asked you to leave you scolded me. Poor thing, but you are still too young for this. I told you "baby, mummy will buy for you when you are older. i will bring you here to play again later,ok"
You let me carried you but your eyes were locked to it...

After walking around, everyone's feet were sore. pp bought you a bread. And you pointed at it and nodded as if your head was gonna fall off.

Then we left for home. When you reached home, you would walk to the stairs, sit on it and remove the shoes from your spongy feet.... Sleep well, baby!

Retired From The Blog???

It has been quite a while since I last blog, that a.vp msn me this morning "retired from bloggin?".
It doesn't mean nothing new or nothing beautiful happened, it's just that mummy was a little busy due to the year end thingy, and also that CNy is getting nearer.

At work, I have to close off all the accounts and reduce my receivables ageing. At home, I need to give our home a red atmosphere. Anyway, I have finally finished your 'hardcopy' journal, which it's pending for binding...

Enough of all the nonsense, yesterday when I opened the door, the living was empty. I locked the doors and when I turned in again, I saw a little fella walking whobbly towards me... So sweet you greeted me with your big big smile. I went to hug you. Then pp came out.

We went out to the porch. Added more CNY deco. We were all busy with our own stuffs.

After that, we went up to bathe. a.is reached at 7pm after an hour of jam. You smiled a little. I dunno why, cause usually when you see her, you will greet her with a bigger smile than mine. Anyway, you still played and smiled to her. She was so happy to see you.

We all missed her. I guessed she missed you too, especially your big smile. After dinner, you took your glass and cheers to her. And then one by one cheers to all of us.

Just Another Day

Yesterday, pp called me at around noon, saying she will deliver her 'loh mai fan' (glutinous rice). I was delighted, as I have always loved her cooking and that means I get to see my darling boy.

At 12 sharp, pp asked me to go down to get my lunch. I went down and once you saw me, you laughed. k.yati wind down the window and you climbed out. I carried you and pp asked you to go back in, you refused. You always liked the office, well of course there are different things here to play. Anyway, you pointed to the stairs (leading to office). I brought you to the store to say hi to kk.

Then we went up to see jj. Once at the entrance, you started doing "kung si kung si". Haha no wonder, you saw the chinese deco (2 lil people dressed in chinese costum greeting). Haha clever boy. I never taught you this, where did you learn it from. How did you know that the deco is for CNY?

Anyway, you went in and played with jj for a while, and pp was already calling for you. We brought you down and wave good bye to you. You didnt want to leave at all. Poor child, never mind mummy will play with you later after work.

I reached home at 5 sharp. Had to send my big boss to get his car. When I reached home, I heard your laughter upstairs. I quickly went up. When you saw me, you laughed louder. Hehehe. I grabbed you and kissed you. You smelled so nice, even before your bath. I brought you to the kitchen to see what pp was cooking.

Then we played a little before eating. You took a pork rib and started chewing on it. You got oily everywhere and we brought you up to bathe. After that you looked tired. You slept and I laid there beside you soon slept too......

Sweet Child Of Mine

Yesterday I was in the office until 1045pm, due to some arrival of stock. Everyone of us were exhausted. I couldnt wait to go home to see you. When I opened the door, kakak said you were already sleeping. *Sigh* I went up to give you a kiss. When I opened the room door, you got up looking at me. I quickly went over, but didnt want to carry you, as I was dirty and sweaty.

I said, "RayErn, mummy's very tired, you kiss kiss mummy, sayang mummy." You reached out for my face and stroke my cheek. So sweet, immediately I gave you a kiss.... all my tireness was gone. For the next 2 minutes, I laid there for you to sayang me.

I took a bath and went down for my fairly late dinner. After that, I kissed you good night and went home, straight up to the room and sleep.

The Wedding

We reached the hotel at a little after 5pm. I met up with u.jason. I felt bad that I arrived so late, cause you were still sleeping then. I quickly rushed in to bathe so that I can do what I was supposed to do....

Oh god, so many things went wrong.

• i forgot to bring daddy's suit (he was so mad)
• i forgot my own shoes, i had to wear my slippers to the garden wedding
• i forgot to bring my hair dryer
• it was raining cats & dogs
• we couldnt get the videographer
• the photographers phone was off after he told us he will arrive in 20 min

We were running out of time. When I saw a.is outside my hotel door, I felt so bad. Oh god, everything was so rushed that I almost messed up everything. I apologised to her for the irresposibility. At least you were there to make her smile.

Due to the rain, they have to hold the garden wedding in the backup room. Everything went on well... except I didnt moved much as I was still in my slippers. But I had to take pictures of the newly weds. Thank god pp arrived with my shoes not long after. After that, I changed you into your tuxedo. Everyone said you looked cute & handsome, unlimited compliments. We moved to the cocktail party. pp, jj & kk were so proud carrying you around. Everyone was looking at you. I guessed it was your tuxedo. How can anyone resist looking at a 15-month lil' boy in a tuxedo.

u.jason & I were a little disappointed when we knew that the table arrangements were changed without prior notice. Wow all the important people were seated in corners. Oh god, I know a.is is gonna be cross. It was okay though, the wedding was great.

You were so well behaved through out the night. You enjoyed the dinner. Every once in a while, I would carry you over to our table and play with the uncles & aunties. jj carried you to go 'yum seng ' with others. Then I gave you a flower and asked you to give a.is. When you saw her at her tables, you passed the flower to her and gave her a kiss. You laughed like you always did. I went to look for the photographer. Hehehe.... Clever boy.

Later when u.gary came to our table, you cheers to him. In fact you almost cheers to everyone. Hehe. Mummy was so tired, running up & down. Well, I had to make up for what I had not done earlier that day. We drank and party. Even the relatives were so happneing. Everyone enjoyed themselves. Everyone was so happy.

At around 11pm, you left with kk & pp. jj, daddy & I stayed to enjoy more. a.is was so tensed. Being a perfectionist, she needed everything in place. I assured her that it was a great and wonderful wedding. Everyone had fun and no complaints at all....

After everyone went home, a.vp, u.kwailo, a.aud, u.billy, a.julie, u.simon, daddy & I drank our hearts out and had a great time in the ballroom. We laughed and played so much.

Here we wish u.gary & a.is a great future ahead and all the best. Hoping that they give you a baby cousin to play with soon....

The Teh's Hospitality

We reached a.aud's house around 830pm. We woke you up from your nap, and you were still blur. Lauren wasted no time, the moment she saw you, she grabbed you, like always. I saw the yummy big head prawns and huge crabs.

Soon the other yap family arrived. Renee was so cute, dressed in her chinese top and jeans and a santa's cap. She greeted me with a kiss and Happy New Year. When you saw her, you called out for her as well. She came over and played with you. Hmm.. sometimes I think you are more shy than the girls....

I left you inside to play with lauren & renee, while we parents indulge ourselves in the mouth watering seafood. Even the non-seafood lover a.vp, had her share too. There were lamb, hokkien mee, crab, udang gala, mashed potatoes, fried rice, claypot rice etc... Nice yummy meal.

After that we went back in and you guys played more. After dessert, we left. We couldnt wait till midnight cause you were rubbing your eyes again. We thank the Teh's, but a.aud was no where at sight, she was putting lauren to sleep.

Before we left, I asked you to kiss renee. You kissed her on the lips and for the next 20 seconds your eyes were locked at her. Hahaha, as if you have lost your first kiss... All of us laughed. Then when renee wanted to kiss you back, you shy away. Hehehe, shy boy.
